1. Answer and handle the questions according to the crew members’ feedback on the recent operation of the machine and the corresponding problems;
2. Check whether the air compressor system has water leakage, air leakage, and oil leakage, and shut down for maintenance if necessary;
3. Check whether the automatic drains of the air compressor, air storage tank, dryer, and filter are draining normally, and visually check whether the discharged water is in a normal state. If there is blockage and oil flying, handle the relevant parts;
4. Check records of ambient temperature, ventilation and heat dissipation, and make improvement suggestions if necessary;
5. Check records of exhaust pressure; adjust the pressure switch and pressure regulating valve when necessary, and check and repair the system when abnormal;
6. Check records of exhaust temperature, and clean the radiator when necessary;
7. Check the running hours, confirm the hours of consumables, and propose a regular consumable replacement plan;
8. Check the compressor head outlet temperature, check the temperature control element and clean the radiator when necessary.
9. Check the oil tank pressure, adjust the minimum pressure valve and replace it when necessary.
10. Check the pressure difference of oil-gas separator, oil separator, etc.; check and repair the system when abnormal, and replace it regularly.
11. Check the air filter condition and clean it; replace it when necessary.
12. Regularly check the oil level and oil quality; add and replace it when necessary.
13. Check the transmission belt coupling, adjust and replace it regularly; adjust and restore it in time when abnormal occurs;
14. Check and clean the oil system;
15. Check the noise and vibration of the compressor body and motor operation; provide written treatment plans and suggestions in case of abnormality, and implement them;
16. Record the cooling water pressure and inlet temperature; find out the cause and deal with it in case of abnormality;
17. Check and record the surface temperature and current of the motor; find out the cause and deal with it in case of abnormality;
18. Check and record the voltage of the external power supply;
19. Visually inspect the electrical contacts and wire contacts of the distribution box, and check the surface insulation; polish the contacts for testing when necessary;
20. Clean the machine and pump room;
21. Check the evaporation and condensation pressure of the dryer; adjust and clean the radiator when necessary, and deal with the fault;
22. Carry out necessary maintenance and repair work according to the situation at the time of inspection, and fill in the work order after each work is completed and give the corresponding answer to the person in charge on site.
